Processing Time

  • Processing time varies from 1-8 business days on all orders.
  • Personalized orders such as cards processing time varies up to 8-14 business business days due to customization. If you are ordering other products, please note that personalized orders ship separately regardless of shipping method.


  • Shipping is sent with USPS and FedEx depending on the package. 
  • Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
  • Shipping times depend on USPS and FedEx operating at full capacity. Typically, standard shipping will arrive within 3-8 business days. Please check your tracking number provided with all orders.
  • Packages that are tracked as “delivered” are considered delivered. No refunds or cancellations will be given for delivered orders.
  • Please provide accurate and up-to-date shipping address. Refunds will not be given to packages with inaccurate shipping addresses. 
  • Please contact us at if packages get lost. We will do our best to get your package to you, even if it means reshipping the items.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

  • For returns, please ship items back within 7 business days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the items arrive damaged, the buyer is responsible for the damage and loss in value.
  • For exchanges, please email with your order number and the items you wish to exchange. Please send back items you would like to have exchanged. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your items have been received, we will send out your new items. If the items arrive damaged, the buyer is responsible for the damage and loss in value. 
  • For cancellations, please request them within 24 hours of purchasing. Cancellation is not possible once the items have shipped.

Customs and Import Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes. We are not responsible for any delays.
